All Sales Are Final

• We do not allow returns or cancellations on in-stock or pre-order items.

• Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
• Paypal: Please send Paypal payments to sales@universalcards.net.
• Send In Payment: If you pay by cashiers check or money order, we will ship your order upon receipt of your payment. If you pay by business or personal check, we will wait 21 days for the check to clear before we ship your order. Please mail your payment to Universal Cards, 43760 Trade Center Place #145, Sterling, VA 20166 USA.

• If you order in-stock and pre-order items at the same time, the entire order will be shipped when all of the pre-order products have arrived. Please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items if you wish to avoid any delays in receiving the in-stock products you order.

• Customers located in Virginia will have a 5% sales tax added to their orders.

• If you are ordering from outside the United States, it is likely that the customs office in your country will charge you an import tax, duty, VAT/TVA, or all of the above. If you are not familiar with the import taxes and laws in your country, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
• We cannot undervalue orders for customs purposes.
